The Singapore Government is continuously encouraging the adoption of high efficiency construction technology; the Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) method of construction has been a mandatory requirement for many Government Land Sales (GLS) sites. Nakano Singapore has embarked on a journey to enable ourselves with the PPVC technology by applying for an In Principle Approval (IPA) from the Building Innovation Panel (BIP) of the Building and Construction Authority. (BCA) The IPA coupled with many corporate study and training initiatives will enable us to undertake PPVC type projects from 2018. |
